At Acharya Panchakarma, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your artisanal fashion choices. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into the original eco-friendly packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
